Based in Queensland, Talisha is the founder of Childcare Consultants Australia and has been an influential figure in Australia's early learning sector for three decades. She provides genuine end-to-end support for childcare providers, from site assessment and feasibility through licensing, compliance and staff training, helping owners establish and scale services with confidence.

She brings three decades of experience and has worked every level of the profession, beginning as an Assistant Educator and progressing through Lead Educator, Educational Leader, Nominated Supervisor, Centre Manager, Area Manager and Operations Manager to Chief Operating Officer.

In senior executive leadership, including as a Director of Bay Explorers Early Learning, Talisha led large-scale operations, compliance, governance, workforce strategy and growth across multiple services and jurisdictions, growing one group from a single service to nine. She has been directly involved in opening more than 30 childcare services across Australia, and has supported hundreds more through governance, compliance, approvals and quality improvement.

This rare breadth enables her to understand childcare from every perspective, all backed by 30 years from the floor to the boardroom.
